This policy covers two groups of people: site owners who install Kilomi, and visitors who use the booking form on a site. Controller for owner data, and processor on the owner's behalf for visitor data: Lawrenza SRL, trading as Growing Peas, rue de Soignies 140, 7800 Ath, Belgium.
1. Visitors using a booking form

The site owner decides what is done with an order. Questions about an order go to the site you booked on.
2. Site owners
We keep the identifier Wix gives your installation, your settings (business type, rates, vehicles, extras, time zone, language and formats), and monthly counters of quotes, suggestions and checkouts, which are numbers without any visitor detail. We read your site's currency, time zone, language and country from Wix once, to propose default settings. We use this only to run Kilomi and to bound its use.
3. Sub-processors and transfers
The providers involved are listed on the sub-processors page. Settings are stored in Cloudflare's Western Europe region. Google and Cloudflare are US companies; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses, as each provider offers.
4. What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking cookies, no sale or sharing of data, no profiling. The booking form sets no cookie and uses no browser storage.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to its use, at info@growingpeas.dev. Visitors can also address the site they booked on. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be, or to the authority where you live.
