1. Who publishes Kilomi

Kilomi is an app for Wix sites, published by Lawrenza SRL, trading as Growing Peas, rue de Soignies 140, 7800 Ath, Belgium, registered with the RPM Tournai under enterprise and VAT number BE 0747.683.918. By installing it you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. What Kilomi does, and what it does not

Kilomi computes a price from the route between the addresses your customer enters and the rates you set, and hands the booking to your site's Wix checkout. Distances and durations come from Google Maps Platform for a route without live traffic; the trip actually driven may differ. You remain the provider of the transport service, responsible for your rates, your vehicles, your licences and for honouring or refusing a booking.

3. Price

Kilomi has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan's price and its monthly number of quotes and address suggestions are shown on the Wix App Market and in the app's dashboard, which also shows how much of the month you have used. Paid plans are billed by Wix, on your Wix invoice, under Wix's terms; we never see your payment details. When the month's quotes are used up, your booking form asks visitors to contact you directly until the next month or until you change plan.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Kilomi to mislead customers about prices, to send automated requests that are not real bookings, or to attempt to reach another site's settings.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep Kilomi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the amounts you paid for Kilomi in that period, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost bookings or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.

6. Ending

You can uninstall Kilomi at any time from your Wix dashboard. Your settings are then marked as removed and kept, so that a reinstall finds them again; write to us to have them deleted.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will date each version on this page. Belgian law applies, and the courts of the Hainaut division of Tournai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
